Zoe always looks stylish in blazers and scarves for casual wear and super glamourous on the red carpet. She credits ballet for her awesome figure. I am and always will be a sucker for neutrals. I love how Zoe plays with texture, shapes, and fabrics of neutral hues to subtly change up her look. Some of my favorites below are her seventies wide leg pants, boyfriend jeans, statement jackets, and feather skirt.

Burgundy Floral & Studs
Loft Denim, H&M Top, BCBG wedges, J.Crew Tote |
Fall is my favorite season. I have always loved layering and back to school shopping. I have been so busy lately taking five graduate classes (I know, I'm crazy) and teaching, that my blog has been suffering. I've been waiting to wear this pair of maroon denim since it was 95 degrees outside. I kept the look monochromatic with a fall inspired floral top and accented with studded wedges. Since, I usually don't wear this much color I kept my accessories minimal.

Everything You Need for Fall 2012
Between having night classes this week and a terrible sinus infection, I was upset that I missed Fashion Night Out last night. I'm loving gold dainty jewelry right now and will be searching for a cheaper alternative to this necklace below. I'm also loving this flared LBD in a leather looking fabric and just like every fall, I can't get enough of burgundy or oxblood as they've been calling it lately. If you don't have an unlimited budget, these are some easy statement pieces to update your fall 2012 wardrobe.

Hello September
Labor day weekend marks the end of the summer. I spent the last weekend at the shore with friends and family. We made steak and lobster tails, drank lots of wine and champagne, and enjoyed the hot tub. I wore my white jeans and white blazer to mark the end of summer, yet painted my nails burgundy Chanel Metal Grenat to welcome fall.
Hello September! After having the summer off from teaching the transition to starting work again will be a struggle but I'm glad to get back on a routine. My fall graduate classes start this Wednesday and I am surprisingly excited to get back on track. Unfortunately, I still have a few things left on my summer bucket list, but plan to finish them in the next few weeks.
